DIY Sofa Side Table With Glass Tops
Sofa side table – Want to build your own cool, multifunctional side table? You can do it using only a couple of 2x4s. Moreover, you can do it in just a few hours. Make these cuts: 4 pieces @ 22 1/2 inches, 4 pieces @ 6 inches, 4 pieces @ 9 inches and 4 pieces @ 14 inches. Sand all surfaces. Build frame. Make a rectangular box that stands 22 1/2 inches tall x12 inches wide x 12 inches deep by 22 1/2-inch pieces, the 6 cm pieces, and 9 cm pieces. Attach the top. Attach (4) pieces of 14 cm at one end of the box. They will overhang on both sides and both ends with 1 inch. Make sure that they are flush together and even at both ends. Also, make sure that they are square to the top. Fill all the holes with wood filler and sand smooth spot. Paint or stain to your liking. Finish with a few coats of varnish.

Buy a 24-inch round or square table top. We got ours on our local import store that was already made into countertops. It is about 1/2 inch thick tempered glass Place sticky dots on the edge of the vase. Use about four squares just around the rim. Then place the suction cups on the sticky glue dots that sucker up. Center you glass top of suction cups and press down firmly. Your sofa side table is ready for use! broad and wide vase or urn will lend more stability to your table.
